How do I book an appointment?

First of all, we cant wait to have you at the salon! I want hair extensions, but I have a lot of questions!

Do I have to buy my own hair extensions, or can I bring my own to the appointment?

• The short answer is no. We carry the highest quality human hair extensions in stock at all times. Our colors were developed by the stylists at Blend Studio. We have a variety of different wefts available in lengths anywhere between 14in to 24in.

Please understand that if you love our work, we need to use our tools and our products to ensure a seamless install.

What about if I already have hair installed but I’ve moved to Oregon and need a move up.

• This happens often and we get it. All of our stylists will offer move ups to new clients if the hair is in your head when you show up for an appointment. (some will make exceptions so please reach out to the stylists you are wanting to see directly) Please keep in mind every stylist installs hair differently so please ask prior to making your appointment so everything is the way you want it. At blend our basic maintenance rule for move ups *depending on your home care/ install method. *

  Bump ups around 6 weeks/ move ups 8 to 12 weeks.

Okay… I want hair extensions now! How much do they cost?

• Every stylist at Blend Studio will come up with their own plan and estimate based off their preferences and your hair goals/ maintenance desires. I’m sorry it’s not an easy set price. Hair extensions at Blend will range from $500 to $5000. This would include Our luxury hair, install, cut, style and color if you're getting color with your hair extension service.

Why the huge range in pricing?

• The longer the hair extensions are, the more they cost.

• The more hair you need, the more it will cost.

• The more rows you are needing, the longer the service it will take.

• If your wanting color for your natural hair and/or on the hair extensions that will be an additional cost.

Do I need to purchase new hair every time? How long do these hair extensions last?

• NO. Basic rule for longevity… Blend hair extensions lasts 8 months to a year but can last longer with excellent home care. It's not uncommon that our clients want to change their look and get new hair before they are actually bad or needing to be replaced.

• If you're trying to decide between 2 lengths and want to wear your investment for as long as possible, always choose the longer hair! With time, wear and tear the hair extensions will eventually shorten and thin out. During maintenance appointments trims are included to keep the hair extensions looking healthy so they will shorten over their lifespan.

• Disclaimer- Your hair extensions can be ruined quickly based off of your products and home care! To make your investment last, please listen to your hair stylist for suggested home care and what products to use.

What is hair extension maintenance and why do I need it?

• As your natural hair grows, your hair extensions will grow out with them. We recommend getting your hair extensions reinstalled (moved up) every 8 to 12 weeks depending on your hairs thickness, how fast it grows, home care, and your stylist’s recommendation. At this appointment the hair extensions will be removed, natural shed hair will be brushed out and then they will be reinstalled. If you're wanting an added scalp rub/ mask or color, please ask your clients to add that service onto your appointment as its not included.

• Some stylists will offer a bump up services. This service can be done on almost all hair types if the client has excellent home care. Please always come in with clean hair to this appointment. At this appointment the stylists will locate the beads, unclamp, push the bead back up to the scalp and re-clamp. This is a lot shorter appointment. We do not recommend getting more than two bump up appointments in a row between move up appointments. bump up appointments are needed to be done around or before 6 weeks.
