Now, as Blend Salon Manager, she's dedicated to building a team culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth.

Outside the salon, Rachel is a proud wife, mom of two, and a lifelong learner who finds joy in travel, sunshine, and spending time with the people she loves. She's most in her element hosting dinner parties, planning getaways, or cheering on her kids at their activities.
