Salon Hours
Walk-ins are welcome when stations permit, but we highly recommend booking online to guarantee your preferred artist.
Early-Bird Appointments
We open our doors as early as 7:00 AM Tuesday through Saturday for guests who want to start their day with beautiful hair. These coveted early slots fill quickly — book ahead to secure your 7 AM chair.
Booking & Service Policies
Booking Your Appointment
- All appointments are reserved online through our secure booking platform or by calling the salon directly.
- New guests are encouraged to complete a Virtual Consultation beforehand so your artist can prepare the perfect custom shade and extension plan.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, enjoy a beverage, and consult with your artist before your service begins.
Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure extension installations and color correction appointments. Your deposit is applied directly to your final service total.
- Deposits are collected at the time of booking and hold your artist's dedicated time block.
- Deposits are transferable to a new date with at least 48 hours' notice — see our cancellation policy below.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another guest on our waitlist.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit.
- No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the reserved service total.
- Reschedules made with proper notice are always welcome — we want your hair journey to be stress-free.
Payments & Gratuity
- Final balances are due at the completion of your service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
- Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated — it can be added at checkout or via card on file.
- Gift cards are available for any amount and make a beautiful gift for the hair-lover in your life.
- We do not offer payment plans or financing for extension services at this time.

When you send a new client our way, we'll thank you with a $45 credit toward your next service — and your referred friend will receive $45 off their first visit too. There's no limit — the more friends you refer, the more you earn.
