These terms govern your use of our website, booking platform, and services. By booking an appointment or using our site, you agree to the terms below. Last updated September 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blend Salon & Hair Extensions website, booking platform, chat tools, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Appointments, Booking & Payment
Appointments are reserved through our secure online booking platform or by calling the salon directly. A valid card on file is required for online bookings. Color services require a 20% deposit at the time of booking, which is fully refundable if cancelled before our cancellation policy takes effect. Model services are paid in full at the time of booking. Extension installs require a 50% deposit. Deposits hold your artist's dedicated time block and are applied to your final service total. Final balances are due at the completion of your service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. Reschedules made with proper notice are always welcome. Full cancellation details are available on our Policies page.
4. Services & Pricing
Pricing reflects our artist level system, a career ladder from Salon Assistant up to Artistic Director, where pricing rises with experience. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided through our virtual consultation or chat are estimates based on the information you share; your final price is confirmed during your in-salon consultation and may vary based on hair length, density, and the products required. Additional product ('mixes') are charged at $20 per extra mix and are communicated by your stylist before application.
5. SMS Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box (or otherwise opting in), you agree to receive automated and non-automated recurring SMS text messages from Blend Salon & Hair Extensions at the number you provided. These messages may include appointment reminders, confirmations, booking updates, follow-ups, promotional offers, and salon updates. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and engagement (for example, a reminder and a confirmation around each appointment, plus occasional promotions).
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Messages are sent via an SMS platform using a 10-digit long code (10DLC) under the A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging framework.
Opting out. You may cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. If you change your mind, reply UNSTOP or START to resume, or re-subscribe through our website.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's authorization to consent to messages to the provided number.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, service names, and design — is the property of Blend Salon & Hair Extensions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided by licensed professionals, and results may vary based on your hair type, history, and at-home care. We are not liable for outcomes caused by failure to follow at-home care guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blend Salon & Hair Extensions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with the updated date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
