Rachel brings a unique blend of beauty industry experience and heartfelt leadership to Blend Salon. A licensed esthetician with a background in spa and general management, she's passionate about helping both clients and stylists feel confident, supported, and seen.

Now, as Blend Salon Manager, she's dedicated to building a team culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and ongoing growth.

Outside the salon, Rachel is a proud wife, mom of two, and a lifelong learner who finds joy in travel, sunshine, and spending time with the people she loves. She's most in her element hosting dinner parties, planning getaways, or cheering on her kids at their activities.
